Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customer inquiries and insurance policy needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customer inquiries regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and policy reviews
  • Assist customers in setting up new claim reports and provide empathetic support
  • Offer additional products to customers based on their needs
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or
  • A minimum of two years post-secondary education
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Willingness to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
