Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from client organization members
- Interpret financial data and assist with budgeting and financial management
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and lead training webinars
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce (preferred)
- Ability to analyze and explain complex data clearly
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Reside in CA, MD, MI, or VA
