Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Claims Representative who will manage first-party homeowner and dwelling property claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze homeowner's claims to determine insurance carrier liability
• Conduct thorough investigations and evaluate damaged property for settlements or denials
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain detailed documentation throughout the claims process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher required; equivalent experience may substitute
• Minimum of one (1) year of related property adjusting experience required
• Knowledge of insurance principles and loss adjustment preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensure in multiple states within 30 days of hire
• Successful completion of claims-related education or coursework preferred
