Key Responsibilities
- Intake and verify new cases, entering information into the system
- Assign and schedule cases to physicians based on various requirements
- Monitor and track cases to ensure deadlines are met and update clients on progress
Required Qualifications
- Preferred Associate's Degree
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
- Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines
- Must supply and support their own internet services for remote work
