Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of commercial auto adjuster direct reports
• Implement and maintain best practices for claims handling
• Prepare and present comprehensive claims reports and analyses to clients

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of insurance claims experience with complex litigated bodily injury
• 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a remote environment
• Comfortable with technology and evolving claims systems
• Strong sense of integrity and accountability in handling sensitive information
