A company is looking for a Client Facilitator I.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between the LTD carrier and Allsup's Claims Management, maintaining communication on SSDI claims and workflow
- Provide technical expertise regarding SSDI claims and maintain knowledge of SSA programs and procedures
- Review claims, track status, and update the LTD carrier's claims system, while performing data entry as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required
- Disability claims experience with Allsup, OHO, SSA, or the LTD division of an insurance carrier required
