A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day customer needs and provide timely status updates
  • Act as the primary point of escalation and liaison between customers and internal partners
  • Proactively address customer issues and facilitate operational insights through regular reviews
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a business major or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Support, or Telecommunications
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Salesforce is desired
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in high-pressure situations
