Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day customer needs and provide timely status updates
- Act as the primary point of escalation and liaison between customers and internal partners
- Proactively address customer issues and facilitate operational insights through regular reviews
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a business major or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Support, or Telecommunications
- Highly proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Salesforce is desired
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in high-pressure situations
