Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician - Prior Authorization - Work from Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for Prior Authorization requests from members and providers
• Determine if complex requests need to be escalated to a pharmacist
• Maintain accurate documentation of all approvals and denials

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in customer service or call center environment
• Ability to work from home with high-speed internet
• Proficiency in pronouncing drug names and recognizing medical terminology
• Experience navigating multiple software systems
• Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
