Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infusion Referral Nurse- REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides site of service solutions for patients seeking care at non-preferred treatment sites
• Discusses financial aspects of specialty drugs with members and providers to coordinate lower-cost treatment options
• Maintains an active case load, documents cases, and participates in meetings to discuss member interactions and program outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in a state or compact state
• 5+ years of clinical experience
• Experience in managed care, specialty drugs, care management, and utilization review
• Ability to apply clinical knowledge and function independently or as part of a team
