Job Summary
A company is looking for a Care Coordinator to assist Medicaid members in a call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls and provide assistance to Medicaid members regarding benefits and services
- Coordinate transportation and other services for members
- Work various shifts within the hours of operation from 8am to 6:30pm CST
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of healthcare call center experience, preferably in MCO or third-party settings
- Ability to work any shift between 8am and 6:30pm
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and call center software
- No PTO allowed from August to November
