A company is looking for an SSDI Intake Specialist to join their Advocacy Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make and receive calls to sell advocacy services to potential claimants
- Generate front-end production results and manage a portfolio of claims
- Meet or exceed individual and company quotas and call metric expectations
Required Qualifications
- BS or equivalent or 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Strong computer literacy skills and ability to multitask
- Experience in a call center and sales or upselling environment
- Polished interpersonal skills and professionalism
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
