Job Summary

A company is looking for an SSDI Intake Specialist to join their Advocacy Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make and receive calls to sell advocacy services to potential claimants
  • Generate front-end production results and manage a portfolio of claims
  • Meet or exceed individual and company quotas and call metric expectations
Required Qualifications
  • BS or equivalent or 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Strong computer literacy skills and ability to multitask
  • Experience in a call center and sales or upselling environment
  • Polished interpersonal skills and professionalism
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
