Key Responsibilities
  • Review, address, and respond to various benefit charge notices in a timely manner
  • Complete assigned tasks and agency responses independently after training
  • Meet strict agency deadlines and respond to agency and client requests
Required Qualifications
  • Prior knowledge of the benefit charge analyst role
  • High School diploma, some college preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and implement solutions
  • Experience with Adobe Pro, Excel, Outlook, and Word
