Key Responsibilities
- Review, address, and respond to various benefit charge notices in a timely manner
- Complete assigned tasks and agency responses independently after training
- Meet strict agency deadlines and respond to agency and client requests
Required Qualifications
- Prior knowledge of the benefit charge analyst role
- High School diploma, some college preferred
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and implement solutions
- Experience with Adobe Pro, Excel, Outlook, and Word
