Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Administrator to join their dynamic Service team and provide excellent customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and lodge claims files accurately and timely, ensuring all required documentation is included
  • Manage claims end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate handling throughout the process
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to collect and verify necessary information for claim processing
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Knowledge of general insurance principles or claims processes (not mandatory)
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload with minimal supervision
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
