Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the care process from benefit investigation to medication delivery
  • Conduct benefit verifications and coordinate with providers, pharmacies, and insurers
  • Assist with insurance requirements, prior authorizations, and appeals
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in a patient-facing or customer service role
  • Robust computer skills including data entry and MS Office
  • Must have a quiet, private workspace and high-speed wired internet
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
