Key Responsibilities
- Manage the care process from benefit investigation to medication delivery
- Conduct benefit verifications and coordinate with providers, pharmacies, and insurers
- Assist with insurance requirements, prior authorizations, and appeals
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a patient-facing or customer service role
- Robust computer skills including data entry and MS Office
- Must have a quiet, private workspace and high-speed wired internet
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
