Key Responsibilities
- Handle phone and email inquiries from current and prospective customers
- Prepare well-written responses and process insurance quotes
- Coordinate underwriting and assemble insurance certificates digitally
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Prior client service experience and/or insurance license is a plus
- Must be based in the US
- Able to multitask and adapt to internal operational processes
