Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator, P2P Appeals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to payers to schedule and follow up on Peer to Peer calls
  • Document information from payer calls and enter account status into multiple databases
  • Support various functions within the department, including case entry and appeals support
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Understanding of denials processes for Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial/Managed Care product lines is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to use basic formulas
  • Accurate keyboard skills with a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
