Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Consultant I, Employee Cloud - Emerging Markets - Spanish Speaking.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and guide restaurant owners through the onboarding phase of Toast Payroll
- Create and lead onboarding training plans for restaurant staff to optimize the use of Toast Payroll
- Set up client databases and provide post-live support, including troubleshooting and follow-up training
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual/Fluent in Spanish & English, both written and verbal
- 3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations
- Proven ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities
- Track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Experience translating restaurant operations and payroll concepts for varying knowledge levels
