Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Services Representative who will support Sales and Operations teams by entering new case assignments and communicating with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter incoming client cases received via email and/or phone
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and enhance results through cross-selling
- Collaborate with the Client Services Team Lead to improve workflow efficiency and customer experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- 1-3 years of experience in an office/business setting with daily client communication
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Accurate typing skills
- Ability to work in a rapid workflow-driven environment
