Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary resource for the GIS Unit help desk, directly communicating with customers and troubleshooting technical problems
- Document issues in ServiceNow and assign tickets to other GIS Unit teams
- Utilize ArcGIS Pro and GIS analysis to assist customers effectively
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience with ArcGIS Pro
- 2 years of experience with ArcGIS Online
- 1 year of experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow
- Familiarity with linear referencing solutions
- Experience in customer service roles
