Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day inquiries from buyers and sellers via chat, email, and phone
- Provide account management and handle escalations to ensure customer success
- Review and verify data for compliance and assist with payment arrangements
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and online literacy
- Previous support experience in a customer-driven environment
- Comfortable with new technologies and working autonomously in a remote environment
- Familiarity with the automotive industry is preferred
