Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new patients by guiding them through registration and scheduling initial visits
- Create and maintain electronic health records (EHR) and ensure accurate data entry
- Assist patients with billing inquiries and provide support for patient portal access
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or patient services preferred
- Proficient with EHR/EMR systems and web-based applications
- Medical Assistant experience preferred
- Patient-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor
