Job Summary
A company is looking for an Offshore Division Support Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive performance against service metrics and budget goals for assigned Business Units
- Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs; present insights to leadership
- Oversee staffing plans and ensure alignment with SLAs and SOPs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in offshore operations or support
- 2-3 years in a managerial or team leadership role
- Experience supporting high-volume operations and working with global clients
- Familiarity with offshore providers in India and the Philippines preferred
