- Manage a designated book of customer accounts, driving product adoption, expansion, and renewals
- Act as a product expert and consultant, promoting product value and customer ROI
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field
- Experience in market research, consumer insights, or SaaS fields is preferred
- Proven ability to foster positive business relationships with executives and end users
- Technical inclination with the ability to understand the product suite
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
