Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field
  • Experience in market research, consumer insights, or SaaS fields is preferred
  • Proven ability to foster positive business relationships with executives and end users
  • Technical inclination with the ability to understand the product suite
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
