Job Summary
A company is looking for a Warranty Writer who efficiently processes complex manufacturer warranty claims and electronic repair orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process complex vehicle warranty claims and non-warranty Electronic Repair Orders within designated timeframes
- Reconcile and correct rejected claims in a timely manner and manage multiple location queues to reduce aging Electronic Repair Orders
- Contact OEMs for necessary approvals and produce claims processing productivity reports
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of administrative experience
- Preferred prior auto and/or dealership experience
- Minimum of 1 year of warranty claim-related experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of claims submission policies and procedures
