A company is looking for a Remote Spanish Bilingual Member Engagement Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound/outbound calls to screen Medicare Advantage plan members for additional benefits
• Assist members with general social programs and enrollment processes
• Meet performance metrics related to schedule adherence and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or General Education Degree preferred
• Minimum of six months experience in Inbound and Outbound Call Centers with direct client interaction
• Sales experience is required, with skills in negotiation and persuasion
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is mandatory
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable remote work environment are essential
