Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
- Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
- Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred)
- Ability to handle tough conversations professionally and solutions-oriented
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple details
