Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Benefits Onboarding Specialist II to provide a seamless onboarding experience for new employer groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard employers in the Workforce Benefits Division by adhering to established processes and procedures
  • Manage the onboarding experience for employers, coordinating with brokers and internal stakeholders
  • Provide training on interactive tools for onboarding information collection and status transparency
Required Qualifications and Education
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in group benefits operations, financial services, or product compliance
  • Intermediate skills with MS Office applications
  • Life and Health Insurance License preferred
  • Customer-centric approach with strong analytical skills
