A company is looking for a Workforce Benefits Onboarding Specialist II to provide a seamless onboarding experience for new employer groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard employers in the Workforce Benefits Division by adhering to established processes and procedures
- Manage the onboarding experience for employers, coordinating with brokers and internal stakeholders
- Provide training on interactive tools for onboarding information collection and status transparency
Required Qualifications and Education
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in group benefits operations, financial services, or product compliance
- Intermediate skills with MS Office applications
- Life and Health Insurance License preferred
- Customer-centric approach with strong analytical skills
