Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual support to healthcare providers (HCPs) through various communication channels
- Ensure compliance with REMS program requirements and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and improve HCP satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare patient support services
- Experience in a telephonic support environment
- Accountability to metrics in a real-time contact setting
- Proficient in technology and computer skills, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office
