Group Air Agent Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Air Agent - Team Lead to manage group air travel reservations and lead a team of agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, book, ticket, and generate reports for multiple group air travel accounts
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing support and training to agents on processes and procedures
• Assist management with negotiating group air contracts and monitoring team performance against service level agreements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 3 years of experience in group booking and ticketing, with complex international experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of GDS systems, particularly Sabre
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including after hours and weekends as needed
