A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customer needs in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries related to insurance coverage, rates, and billing while promoting additional products
- Provide expertise on products and services to ensure customers have appropriate insurance coverage
- Support customers in filing claims and demonstrate empathy during the claims process
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
- Property & Casualty license required for sales positions, with training provided for those not already licensed
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
- Experience in customer service
- Willingness to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
