Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customer needs in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to insurance coverage, rates, and billing while promoting additional products
  • Provide expertise on products and services to ensure customers have appropriate insurance coverage
  • Support customers in filing claims and demonstrate empathy during the claims process
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
  • Property & Casualty license required for sales positions, with training provided for those not already licensed
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
  • Experience in customer service
  • Willingness to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
