Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct training for new and existing customers on the Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS)
- Provide timely customer service and technical support, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues
- Educate customers on product features and contribute to process improvements for enhanced customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Customer Support experience
- 6 months of training experience
- Experience in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry
- High School diploma
- Demonstrated customer focus and ability to work cross-functionally
