Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service and support to clients in the clinical research industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and conduct training for new and existing customers on the Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS)
  • Provide timely customer service and technical support, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues
  • Educate customers on product features and contribute to process improvements for enhanced customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of Customer Support experience
  • 6 months of training experience
  • Experience in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry
  • High School diploma
  • Demonstrated customer focus and ability to work cross-functionally
