Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a team of Client Experience Navigators, ensuring alignment with departmental goals
- Support hiring, training, coaching, and performance management initiatives for team development
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and maintain quality standards in client interactions
Required Qualifications
- At least 1+ years of experience in the Operations Department, including supervisory experience with a team of 4 or more
- Experience in managing remote teams or in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with a goal-driven approach
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- High school diploma or equivalent required
