Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage a team of Client Experience Navigators, ensuring alignment with departmental goals
  • Support hiring, training, coaching, and performance management initiatives for team development
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and maintain quality standards in client interactions
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1+ years of experience in the Operations Department, including supervisory experience with a team of 4 or more
  • Experience in managing remote teams or in a healthcare setting is a plus
  • Strong leadership skills with a goal-driven approach
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
