Job Summary

A company is looking for a Premium Assistant Customer Service Representative (Hybrid Role).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and investigations for case evaluations and program eligibility
  • Analyze case documentation and client information to determine eligibility for Premium Assistance
  • Respond to incoming calls and maintain professional business relationships with clients and team members
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service and/or contact center
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Experience in multi-tasking and prioritizing work under time constraints
  • Ability to assist management with escalations and training new agents
