Job Summary
A company is looking for a Premium Assistant Customer Service Representative (Hybrid Role).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and investigations for case evaluations and program eligibility
- Analyze case documentation and client information to determine eligibility for Premium Assistance
- Respond to incoming calls and maintain professional business relationships with clients and team members
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service and/or contact center
- Minimum 2 years' experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Experience in multi-tasking and prioritizing work under time constraints
- Ability to assist management with escalations and training new agents
