Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries, including insurance plan reviews and appointment scheduling
- Handle both inbound calls and outbound campaigns to inform customers about changes affecting them
- Provide support in finding primary care physicians within the customer's network
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency for navigating multiple systems
- Open availability between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week
- Must reside in the state of Georgia
