California Licensed MPN Concierge Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for an MPN Concierge Agent to assist injured workers in obtaining medical care.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound calls from injured workers and attorneys to locate MPN providers
• Schedule appointments with providers and respond to related emails and faxes
• Interface with claims examiners to facilitate scheduling and support network operations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma/GED required
• Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office
• Typing speed of at least 50 wpm with 85% accuracy
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
