Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and configuration for new clients, including setup of portals and data integrations
- Design and deliver customized training sessions and develop user documentation for clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and troubleshoot issues while monitoring client health
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in client-facing support, implementation, or customer success roles, preferably in SaaS
- Demonstrated experience in onboarding, client communication, and issue resolution
- Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and ACA marketplace products is highly desired
- Technical aptitude with SaaS platforms, CRM systems, and data/file integrations
- Experience in health plan operations or with broker/distribution networks is a plus
