Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and track them in a ticketing system

- Troubleshoot and escalate support issues while maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions
Required Qualifications
- Completed a post-secondary program preferred
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or customer-facing roles
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Healthcare and IoT Medical device experience preferred
