Bilingual Case Management Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Management Associate (Bi-Lingual) - Maternity - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Case Managers in communication with members and direct callers to appropriate staff
• Conduct outreach and follow-up calls to members and providers, documenting information in the database
• Participate in meetings and training sessions related to Quality Improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of experience in customer service in a healthcare environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Fluency in English and bi-lingual in Spanish required
• Call center experience preferred; insurance/payor experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word at an intermediate to advanced level
