Job Summary
A company is looking for a Case Management Associate (Bi-Lingual) - Maternity - REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Case Managers in communication with members and direct callers to appropriate staff
- Conduct outreach and follow-up calls to members and providers, documenting information in the database
- Participate in meetings and training sessions related to Quality Improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of experience in customer service in a healthcare environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Fluency in English and bi-lingual in Spanish required
- Call center experience preferred; insurance/payor experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word at an intermediate to advanced level
