A company is looking for an Eligibility Specialist in the CHC Ops department, working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize government portals to apply for and submit applications on behalf of CHC participants
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing client data
- Deliver high levels of service in accordance with company standards and customer expectations
Required Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 3 years of experience with data entry and/or customer service
- Strong decision-making ability
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Act 34 clearance required
