Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Coordinator to provide support and service to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process membership referrals and applications while ensuring compliance with program requirements
  • Engage potential members, guiding them through the assessment process and addressing inquiries
  • Collaborate with teams to improve processes and maintain accurate member records in compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Member or Customer Support, preferably in healthcare or wellness
  • 1+ years of consultative or outbound sales experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM/contact center platforms
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Written and verbal fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese preferred
