A company is looking for a Member Services Coordinator to provide support and service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Process membership referrals and applications while ensuring compliance with program requirements
- Engage potential members, guiding them through the assessment process and addressing inquiries
- Collaborate with teams to improve processes and maintain accurate member records in compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Member or Customer Support, preferably in healthcare or wellness
- 1+ years of consultative or outbound sales experience preferred
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM/contact center platforms
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Written and verbal fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese preferred
