A company is looking for a Manager, Patient Support Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the prior authorization and intake specialists, ensuring performance metrics are met
- Document training, reviews, and feedback while managing escalations and service issues
- Collaborate with trainers and analysts to maintain quality and efficiency in patient interactions
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM environment required
- Experience in a call center environment preferred
- Direct leadership or coaching/mentoring experience preferred
- Knowledge of industry practices and compliance regulations preferred
