Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Patient Support Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the prior authorization and intake specialists, ensuring performance metrics are met
  • Document training, reviews, and feedback while managing escalations and service issues
  • Collaborate with trainers and analysts to maintain quality and efficiency in patient interactions


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM environment required
  • Experience in a call center environment preferred
  • Direct leadership or coaching/mentoring experience preferred
  • Knowledge of industry practices and compliance regulations preferred
