Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Representative (Tagalog/English or Mandarin/English).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, including scheduling and authorization processing
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments
- Provide customer service to participants, families, and providers, addressing inquiries and escalating issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year of experience in a call center environment
- Bilingual in English and either Mandarin or Tagalog required
- Flexibility with work hours is necessary
- Experience with organizational tasks in a service/support role
