Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer onboarding and facilitate product implementation
- Guide customers through organizational change and ensure effective user training
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role leading projects
- Experience in the life sciences industry, particularly in R&D for clinical drug development
- Experience managing accounts and customer relationships with a successful retention track record
- Familiarity with project management processes and tools
