Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead customer onboarding and facilitate product implementation
  • Guide customers through organizational change and ensure effective user training
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role leading projects
  • Experience in the life sciences industry, particularly in R&D for clinical drug development
  • Experience managing accounts and customer relationships with a successful retention track record
  • Familiarity with project management processes and tools
