Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Launch Engagement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle high call volume and address customer inquiries regarding service installations and billing
• Provide exemplary customer service and act as the primary support liaison for new customers
• Assist customers with service setup, appointments, and technical support for products

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in customer service, telecommunications, or technical support
• Ability to work nontraditional schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong organizational skills and personal excellence including punctuality and integrity
• Quiet workplace and high-speed internet service with specified minimum speeds
