A company is looking for a Remote Launch Engagement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high call volume and address customer inquiries regarding service installations and billing
- Provide exemplary customer service and act as the primary support liaison for new customers
- Assist customers with service setup, appointments, and technical support for products
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in customer service, telecommunications, or technical support
- Ability to work nontraditional schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational skills and personal excellence including punctuality and integrity
- Quiet workplace and high-speed internet service with specified minimum speeds
