Job Summary
A company is looking for a Reservations Concierge to enhance the guest experience from pre-arrival to post-booking.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with leisure guests prior to arrival via phone and email to provide assistance and share resort offerings
- Promote and book resort experiences, utilizing trained sales techniques and personalized recommendations
- Manage room bookings accurately and maintain records of communications and booked revenue
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hotel experience required; Reservations and/or Front Office experience preferred
- Previous experience with Hyatt reservations systems (Reserve, Opera) highly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences
