A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, Groceries to Go.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming inquiries via phone and email professionally, following program protocols
- Screen and enroll eligible New Yorkers for the Groceries to Go program
- Conduct outreach to participants and refer individuals to appropriate food resources
Required Qualifications
- Oral and written fluency in Spanish
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to work in multi-cultural settings
- Experience with resource navigation
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform
