A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, Groceries to Go.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming inquiries via phone and email professionally, following program protocols
• Screen and enroll eligible New Yorkers for the Groceries to Go program
• Conduct outreach to participants and refer individuals to appropriate food resources

Required Qualifications

• Oral and written fluency in Spanish
• Experience in customer service
• Ability to work in multi-cultural settings
• Experience with resource navigation
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform
