Key Responsibilities

  • Manage timelines and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Assess customer workflows and design future-state processes for measurable value
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in healthcare, supply chain, pharmacy, revenue cycle, or 340B roles
  • At least 2 years in a consultative or customer-facing role delivering software solutions
  • Experience with EPIC CDM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer-facing platforms
