A company is looking for a Military and Veteran Benefits Specialist responsible for administering military-related benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and coordinate military-related benefit programs, including preparing attendance certifications and maintaining records
- Act as a liaison between students and military entities, resolving issues related to claims and benefits
- Communicate benefit information to students and ensure compliance with university policies and legal regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in financial aid or a similar customer service field
- Knowledge of VA benefit programs is preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or similar information management systems is a plus
- Experience in a high-volume customer service or student support environment is advantageous
