Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction by nurturing business relationships and responding to client needs
- Oversee client implementations, expansions, and special projects, ensuring timely delivery of products and services
- Monitor performance against client and internal objectives, managing reporting and service level metrics
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in managed care, health plans, government programs, and/or client management
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven client services experience at the executive level
- Experience in executing complex projects on-time and within budget
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively
