Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill incoming travel requests and inquiries accurately via Sabre GDS
• Manage group bookings and multiple complex itineraries
• Provide proactive assistance and travel advice to clients while adhering to policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, and procedures
• Experience with travel industry systems, specifically Sabre GDS
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Demonstrated professional customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with discretion and judgment
